The church is closed Monday as we dig out from the recent snowstorm. We hope to open Tuesday. Stay warm and safe!

Church Suppers &
To-Go Dinners

South Church volunteers prepare and host a number of meals for the larger community, offered both sit-down and to-go. A portion of the proceeds from many of our meals goes to local organizations. More about Church Suppers »

Crafts

Throughout the year, our craft group is hard at work making beautiful items to sell at the Sleighbell fair.

Green Team

From achieving net-zero energy use in our historic building, to planting pollinators and joining regional climate actions, we’ve sought to be a leader in caring for creation for more than two decades.

Men’s Fellowship Breakfast

The Men’s Fellowship Breakfast offers a speaker, breakfast, and good fellowship. Usually meets monthly, check the weekly bulletin for times.

Outreach Benevolences

Each year, we share a percentage of the donations we receive with other charitable organizations, most of them local, such as Craig’s Doors, Hampshire Support Alliance, and the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.

Partnered in Prayer

This prayer group meets via Zoom each month to pray for our members and friends in need.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Our Prayer Shawl Ministry creates beautiful knitted shawls that are available to give to loved ones in times of difficulty or of joy. If you know how to knit, come on in to join this lovely caring ministry. If you would like to learn how to knit, there are people there who could get you started.

Sleighbell Fair

The Sleighbell Fair is the largest single-day ministry and fellowship event of South Church. Friends and members share their gifts and talents with this outreach to our community and as a major fundraising event for South Church.

Whether it’s crafts, jams, jellies, white elephants, collectibles, books, linen, clothes, great food, or wonderful art to raffle, it is the culmination of hard work and South Church fellowship.
