Hold Harmless Agreement

The Organization understands and agrees that neither South Church, its trustees, representatives, employees, nor agents may be held liable in any way for an occurrence in connection with the Activity which may result in injury, harm, or other damages to members or guests of the Organization, whether invited or not.

As part of the consideration for being allowed to use the facility, buildings, grounds, and all appliances and fixtures in the Activity at South Church, the Organization hereby assumes all risk in connection with the Activity. The Organization further releases South Church, its trustees, employees, agents, and representatives from any damage which may occur while participating in the Activity. The Organization, indemnifies and agrees to save and hold harmless South Church, its trustees, employees, agents, and representatives from any claim by any person arising out of or participation in any form or fashion in the Activity. The Organization also authorizes South Church, its employees, or agents to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment as may be necessary should any injury, harm, or accident occur while participating in the Activity.

am authorized to sign this agreement on (name of authorized individual) behalf of the Organization: I understand the terms herein are contractual and not mere recital: and that I have signed this document of my own free act and volition.
